To whom it may concern, As stipulated in the “Education Ordinance”, the school has implemented the school-based management policy and established the Incorporated Management Committee, involving major stakeholders, namely teachers, parents and alumni in the school management. Through the Alumni Association, the Incorporated Management Committee will establish the Bylaws for the Alumni Manager Election. The alumni candidates should make contributable decisions and manage the school on the basis of students’ interests.
