| Notice on Registration of New S1 Student 2014-2015 |

A. Date: 10 July 2014 (Thursday) 11 July 2014 (Friday) Time: 9:00 am – 12:30 pm 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm B. Information on Registration 1. New S1 students allocated to the school have to be attended with their parents/guardians to register at the school designated. 2. New S1 students are required to bring the following documents: (a) Hong Kong Personal Identity Card (b) Allocation Slip (c) School Reports of Primary 5 and 6 (original and copy) (d) One personal photo (e) Proof of Address (e.g. copy of electricity bill or other) 3. All registered students must attend the Pre-Secondary 1 Attainment Test on 15 July (Tuesday). If they cannot come, they must inform the school office with a letter signed by their parents on or before 14 July |
