1. The personal data collected in this application form will be used by PAOC Ka Chi Secondary School for admission to S1 purposes only.

2. All information given in the application form will be treated in strict confidence.

3. All applications will be disposed of as soon as practicable and not later than one year after completion of the admission to S1.
