On 2 May 2017, 20 students from our school had a chance to practise their speaking skills with the students from Yan Oi Tong Chan Wong Suk Fong Memorial Secondary School for the coming DSE oral exam. Student participants underwent two rounds of group discussion and individual response, and were provided with the constructive feedback from both teachers and peers afterwards. This was a rewarding and invaluable experience for our students as they appreciated the chance to talk in English in front of strangers and to get useful advice from different teachers as well as their counterparts. It was definitely a precious platform for our students to better understand their strengths and weaknesses, and better equip themselves for the oral exam.
