Candidate Yeung Ka Man Carmen was graduated from PAOC Ka Chi Secondary School in 1996. Having finished Form 7 and the Certificate of Computer and Business application, she is now working in Fedex Courier. Being a helpful person, Carmen is devoted to charity works and supportive to the development of Ka Chi.
